Responsible for picking up radioactive waste throughout the campus and medical areas. Processes radioactive waste in conjunction with the assigned staff which includes compacting dry waste, vial crushing, storing and releasing of decayed waste. Provides assistance to radioactive materials users to assure they are properly preparing the materials for transfer for disposal.
